At Grace Hinchen, every piece is custom-made to order with great care and intention. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Made-to-Order Policy

Our fine art prints are individually produced based on your specific selection of size and frame. This personalized approach ensures the highest quality and craftsmanship, but it also means we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Defective Orders

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right.

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at grace@gracehinchen.com
  2. Include:
    • Clear photos of the damaged item
    • Photos of the packaging/box
    • Your order number
  3. Once we review and verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Please do not discard the packaging until we’ve completed the review process, as it may be required for the shipping claim.
