What drew you to Silhouettes at Bondi, Vertical?

I've been to Sydney, and this photograph encapsulates the energy of Bondi. Every time I look at it, my eye is drawn to a different person, and I find myself imagining a story about them. It feels timeless and captures a moment that could have happened yesterday or twenty years ago.

What makes Bondi Beach such a special place to you?

Bondi has a unique energy. The beach, the people, and the lifestyle all come together in a way that feels distinctly Australian. It's one of those places that leaves an impression long after you've visited and can’t wait to return to.

Why did you choose the large white frame?

I selected the piece to be framed in the large white frame [measuring 25.5" x 37.5"]. The trim throughout my home is white, so the frame feels like a natural extension of the space. It blends seamlessly with the room while allowing the photograph to remain the focal point.

Why did you choose to display it at the front entry?

The photograph hangs at the front entry of our home, where it immediately catches your attention. Within my entryway, I have a lot of shades of grey. I like how the monochromatic photograph plays with the spaces. It's also a welcoming piece and sets the tone for the rest of the house.

What does this piece add to your home?

It brings a sense of warmth, movement, and personality to the space. I love that there's always something new to notice within the scene, which makes it a piece I never get tired of looking at. It has the ability to transport me back to Bondi Beach while cherishing the magic of it.
